Memorials/In Honor Of Tribute Opportunities
Making a difference in the lives of neighbors in need is a great way to honor a friend, coworker, or loved one. Tribute gifts can be made to celebrate a birthday, holiday, anniversary, new home or baby, or to remember a loved one.
An acknowledgement of your tribute gift will be sent to the honoree (or family of) informing them of your generous gift. Amounts are not mentioned unless otherwise specified, and donors receive separate acknowledgment stating the gift amount for income tax purposes.
Donate Food
Hall Twp. Food Pantry welcomes donations of unexpired, unopened, non-perishable food and personal care items. We strive to provide healthy and nutritional food items which include pantry staples, fresh vegetables, frozen items, meat and dairy. It is our firm belief that healthy eating and well-rounded food choices are of utmost importance in today’s busy households.
Wondering what we currently need?
We can always use the following standard- sized staple items:
- Coffee/tea
- Cooking oil
- Baking goods (sugar, flour, honey, cake mixes)
- Peanut butter and jelly (plastic jars)
- Canned protein (tuna, chicken, spam)
- Breakfast foods (cereal/oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup)
- Spaghetti sauce (plastic jars) and canned tomatoes
- Meals in a can* (beef stew, chili, ravioli, chunky soup, etc.)
- Fruit juice
- Crackers, cookies, granola bars
- Personal care items (toilet paper, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner)
- Household cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, paper products)
*(Though we take it for granted, many of our clients lack a can opener. For this reason, pull tab cans are a blessing!)
Garden produce is always a treat for our clients – please consider adding a row for neighbors in need next year!
Food donations may be dropped at the Pantry Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 12 noon, or by special arrangement. Food is dropped on the south side of the building inside the large garage doors. If doors are closed, please come to the Terry Street entrance.
